Jake Q. from The Water Heater Company recently helped us with a tankless water heater inspection and descale, as well as installing a pressure regulator, valve, and some copper pipework. He arrived within the window for our initial appointment on 3/7 and was very professional and thorough. The job ended up taking longer than originally estimated, but it was clear he was taking the time to do everything correctly. A pipework part needed to be ordered, so he had to come back to finish the work. The follow-up visit was moved from 3/11 to 3/12 due to a previous job running long, and he arrived slightly after the scheduled window, but once on site he completed the remaining work efficiently and with the same level of professionalism. Overall, I’m very happy with the quality of the work and Jake’s attention to detail. Despite the project taking a little longer than expected, I’d recommend The Water Heater Company and would gladly use them again.

I just bought a new house and have been swamped trying to find and hire contractors to fix a long list of things. When I called to schedule my appointment, the customer support rep I spoke with was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of my questions before booking. I’ve had to make a lot of service calls lately, and this was by far the best customer support experience I’ve had. They sent Derrik K. out to inspect my old water heater, and he was fantastic. He walked me through everything, explained my options clearly, and didn’t mind that I tagged along during the inspection to understand what was going on. Justin, the technician, was on time, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain what was going on, our options, and the pros and cons without pressure. He recommended a more reliable Bradford White system, had it available the same day, and restored our hot water within hours. His professionalism, care, and attention to detail — even offering to clean up afterward — truly stood out. To top it off, his supervisor later called to personally thank us for our military service. I really liked the installer, Nate, who tackled a tough installation and handled it perfectly. After installing a complex new flue / exhaust duct -- he even fixed the wrong exhaust pipe, at no extra charge and no complaint, that roofers had put on last year when I had a new roof put on. Nate did great work, everything was tidy and professional. It was not cheap, but having a careful worker who cares like Nate makes it worthwhile.

This Company doesn?t care about its customers. On a Thursday my tankless water heater was leaking and I called this company to fix it. The next day the technician said to replace some major parts totaling $1900. (I later discovered a new heater would be $2000) They would have the parts shipped to my house then I could call and get another appointment to have them installed adding DAYS to our dilemma. I went and got the parts myself and called for an appointment. Luckily, they were able to come Saturday. After replacing the parts he discovered another leak and couldn?t get the part until Monday. 5 days without hot water but they didn?t seem to care. But he wanted to be PAID IN FULL! I argued that you didn?t fix the heater yet and he said it was company policy. He called Scotty, a supervisor, and I told him that I would pay when it was fixed. Scotty insisted on being paid in full because they did what they were hired to do - I said You were HIRED to fix it, do I have hot water? No.

Very good experience. They know their stuff, respond quickly, and don't gouge you like some other companies do. Highly recommend.

Our technician Leo was fantasitc - friendly, knowledeable and fast. Truly an expert, he was quick to connect with the manufacturer and identified a few issues from the original installation from another company that were not up to code. He provided an estimate on the spot and had all the tools and parts necessary to complete the job. I highly recommend this company and Leo.

My 12-year-old water heater was on its way out, and it was finally time to replace it. Iâ ve always wanted to go tankless, so after many hours of research and finding reputable local plumbers in my area, I reached out to the Water Heater Company to analyze my current situation and come up with a replacement solution. Again, my goal was to go tankless; however, after Tanner from The Water Heather company surveyed my property and went over all my options, it was determined the configuration of my main gas line and proper placement of the unit would not be conducive to install a tankless unit as there were many obstacles, hours of labor, and resorting back to a tank heater would be the best option for me. Tanner suggested I go with a company called Bradford White, which has fantastic reviews and a unit that will give me some longevity. I decided to have Tanner install the unit, which included all-new copper fittings and much more. This company knows water heaters, and I appreciate his honesty that he could install a tankless heater, but financially, the layout of my house would not be in my best interest. Therefore, I felt comfortable working with The Water Heater Company to install my new Bradford White gas tank water heater. Tanner was highly professional, cleaned up after the job, and went through everything he did installing my new tank. I highly recommend anybody looking for a tankless or tank water heater contact the Water Heater Company, and if youâ re lucky enough, Tanner will be your technician.

The service was terrific. Mitchell came on Sunday to replace my water heater and then came back the next day, his day off, to install a new water treatment system. He did a great job and left everything clean and neat.
