We used Robert Cardoza and his team at T.H.I.S to replace a hail damaged roof and gutters, and restain our fence also damaged by hail. They did an excellent job of repairing everything back to a new condition. Robert was routinely onsite for hands on supervision during the process and constantly worked with our insurance company from the beginning to the end of the process, working with them to submit the claim and acquire adjustments when needed after finding additional damage during the repair process. It was discovered that some guttering had not been installed during the original home build. They finished that work for us as they replaced the other hail damaged guttering. Robert always acted as our advocate while working with the insurance company, defending additional repairs at a savings to us. The quality of work on the roof, fence, and gutters along with post work clean-up was excellent. They always arrived at the agreed time and worked well into the evening to get the work done quickly and according to our schedule. The entire process was closely monitored by them which made the whole experience easy and straight forward, always being available and quick to respond to any questions we had. All members of the team were professional and a pleasure to work with. They went out of their way to please the customer and showed pride in providing an excellent result. The project was done very quickly once the contract was written. The owner (Robert) filed necessary items to be fixed with the insurance company and waited for the insurance to pay for the entire project to receive his final payment.

Roofing and Restoration put on a new roof, gutters, gutter screens, chimney chase and flue cap, skylight, 2 power vents, and Hardy Board to one side of my chimney, all at a fair price. Given this was my first roof replacement I was a bit nervous especially given the horror stories you always hear. However, Robert was outstanding. He explained every step of the process clearly, worked with my insurance company and made sure the process was smooth. Also was promptly back on the roof a few days after replacement when rain revealed an area where water was still getting in. Repairs were made that day and all is good now. Highly recommend T.H.I.S.
