Responsible, communicative company. Tom was explicit on his observations, was professional and on time like a Swiss clock. He pointed out certain items that have to be attended to before putting my house on the market. He did my Radon test and sent me the results ASAP. Tom was professional and very nice to deal with. We hired Tom for a home inspection project in Fairfield County, CT on a home that had been through multiple additions over a 100 year time period. The original house was built in the 1890â s. The first addition took place in the 1950â s, then again in the 1980â s and finally in 2000. Tom was able to sort out the unique details from each addition and give us valuable information and history about the house. Heâ s easy going, professional and very thorough.
