Flat, Foam or Single Ply Roofing Repair
TH company started the work more than six months after I made the down payment. I had to struggle to make them start the work despite having made the down payment. They had different excuses for not commencing works. Finally, they moved in after several complaints. That is when my nightmare began. They did not confirm the weather forecast on the day they ripped off my roof. The canvas that covered my roof was not fixed professionally so the heavy downpour came gushing into my house destroying my property and my laminate flooring. The worst bit is up to now, they want me to pay to reinstate the damage caused by their negligence. They have left my ceiling undone having caused the damage by the rain that gushed in that day. The electrical fittings are hanging unfinished 2 months later and they left my house in a total mess. When they came to my house, I had no ceiling leaks or any damages from the inside. I only needed to replace the outer covering of my flat roof which was not even leaking. 8 months into the project, I am looking for someone to complete the works and I plan to take legal action on TH.

I hired TH Remodeling to replace my roof- a huge job. They were superb every step of the way- from showing up on time to do a thorough and professional estimate, through many months of follow up and negotiating the details, to the job itself. The crew showed up early each day, between 7:30-8:00am and worked tirelessly all day until dark. They were all professional, responsive, communicative, kind and efficient. When the job was complete they did an extraordinary job of cleaning up- every single bit of roofing, discarded shingles, & construction materials were removed and swept away. My yard and home were spotless and my roof looks fantastic! Excellent craftsmanship all around. I couldnâ t have been more pleased. I would recommend the services of TH Remodeling & Renovation without hesitation. Thank you!

TH Remodeling and Renovations informed us about the work, explained the warranty (I just received the warranty card), arrived on time, completed most of the work in one day, and came back to inspect their work. They cleaned up all of the debris. They use their own trailers so only one trailer was left in the driveway for one night and no marks were left in the driveway like with large dumpsters. The roof looks beautiful and the shingles have a 50-year guarantee. This was worth the price and I recommend them highly!

A horrible experience. This company is not trustworthy. They took on a huge project (roof, siding, deck, retaining wall, etc.) with 50% down, but I had to wait almost 7 months for them to come to replace the roof. Meanwhile, they held our deposit. They did not replace 3 broken rafters and laid new shingles right on top of it. Also charged me thousands extra for 3 boards and 10 plywood sheets. So it came out to be a $40k roof plus we had to hire another company to fix it. In comparison, the other company said it is maximum a $7k job, they charged me $14k. They refused to continue until we shell out more money. We wasted a lot of time to get out of the contract he broke. He refused to refund our money. We tried to sue him but he filed for bankruptcy. He operates under a slightly different name now. I will not recommend this person to come to your doorstep! We suffered water damages from a leaky roof, they refused to fix! My son has black mold in his bedroom because the way the roof was installed water was coming behind siding and saturated the wall. Now we have to fix that too. Only thing I can say **God sees everything and TH will have to answer sooner or later**. Best wishes!

When I first met Tom for a roof estimate (whole house), I was impressed by his ability to strategize with me without the arrogance that I have often felt with other experts. A down-to-earth fellow, it was a cinch that we would work together. The first MISSION was to repair my porch roof. That introduced me to Carlos, a THR specialist and site supervisor, and his assistant (Chris, I think). They wasted no time. A successful completion then led to mission #2: a below-grade egress window that required an alcove/extension into part of my basement. During the site review is when I met Eric, the #2 man on the YANG to the Ying represented by Tom: two seemingly opposite forces that complement each other. This mission introduced me to Craig, the TH construction specialist and site supervisor (a remarkable man on many levels, and Ollie (excavator and assistant extraordinaire). After a few days, that was also successfully completed, as Tom promised: before Christmas. Each time, it was clear the men came here TO WORK. Each time, I was impressed by the affability AND ability of these men. Talented? Yes! THEY WILL MAKE IT WORK. A relationship is born: I have found my contractor, folks.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing Installation and Replacement
We signed the contract and did not give a date to when they come. We had an issue with the crown molding that needed. The work that was needed to be done was on a corner of the roof, right side of house. Gave a deposit of 14,000 to have a work done and nothing has been done.

TH Remodeling did an exceptional job replacing my roof and gutters. With 2 active leaks, Chris from TH was the first to respond. On arrival, he did a thorough roof / gutter inspection, and above all gave me the best estimate out of other three companies. Although scheduling was a bit tricky, due to the unpredictable weather, they did a super job in accommodating my needs. The team are truly hard working, honest, efficient and a great company to go with. Afterwards, Thomas, the owner, came out, did a final inspection of my roof plus gutter and decided to send his people again to treat a side wall for winter protection. Thank you Thomas Hazard, Sarah, Chris and team!

TH Remodeling was fantastic from start to finish. I needed a full roof replacement from severe damage from the May 2018 storm/tornados. Their estimating guy was thorough, knowledgeable, and non pressure. Also the office girl(s) were extremely helpful, polite and professional on all communications with them. And the project team did a fantastic job. Can’t imagine using anyone else on future projects. I can certainly vouch for their roofing quality of work and customer service.

I scheduled my roof to be installed September 2017 but due to weather conditions, we had to postponed several times back to April. However, Eric was very accommodating, helpful, and polite. The new roof looks great and all the debris afterwards was cleaned up very well. Overall I had a great experience with TH remodeling and I would definitely recommend to anyone else who needs remodeling done.

Super professional. Honest estimate. Quality work. Our roof had two layers and the we learned that the roof over the three-season-room was not appropriately flashed and shingled. The work TH Remodeling and Renovations, Inc. did looks incredible! Our roof is beautiful and it functions well. The work crew was there on-time. They worked fast, efficiently, and cleanly. All of the debris was cleaned-up. You wouldn't even know we had work done at our home. We highly recommend them!

There are many things that delay a job. Weather and jobs already scheduled before you've signed is a normal condition this time of year. As a homeowner you have chosen the busiest time of year to do your roof and you are upset at us for not giving you a schedule date? Also the fact that you have signed a contract without a schedule date and now are complaining about it is confusing as well. This is a very detailed contract in which you signed and if a date was important it should have been noted in your contract. It's disturbing that somebody will leave such a Negative review and still expect us to show up and do the job. We will be reaching out to early this week. Enjoy your weekend."

Great work, fast and professional. They had to tear it down and replace some of the plywood because of water damage. It took the crew literally 2.5 days to tear down, replace wood, and new shingles.. Well worth the money.. will definitely recommend

TH was not the cheapest estimate but it was by far not the most expensive either. My roof is pretty large and most contractors where quoting multiple days to complete. This was a large professional crew and they completed the job in one long day. They did this despite all the unforeseen problems with my old roof and still made all the necessary repairs. John was fantastic and the crew was friendly and polite. We are very happy with the job and the clean up afterwards. I would recommend TH.

Roof was completed in 1 day, as promised. All employees & Tom L., the project manager, were courteous, knowledgeable, & responsive to my questions & concerns. The 1 thing that would have made a difference for me, is if the contractor took responsibility for obtaining the Building Permit, as many contractors do (it's just part of the job). Overall I would have to say that the experience was a good one & that I would not hesitate to use TH again.
