I had a very good experience with Titanium Roof Innovations. Project manager Alex Lopes did an excellent job listing to my needs and my budget. His crew found a problem and solved it quickly and continued working on completing my roof. His constant contact and understanding was excellent. When the county returned for the final inspection he was happy that everything was done perfectly and mentioned to me that they did a great job on your new roof!
If a neighbor asks me in the future I would be happy to recommend Titanium Innovation Roofing and will also recommend they ask for Alex Lopes!

Rafael and Alex were exceptionally detail oriented when explaining everything from inspection report, proposed plan, and keeping me updated on the progress throughout the project. Their team is instructed to be meticulous in recording their progress photos, and as a result they are able obtain and offer us the manufacturer warranty.
While they gave the highest initial quote numbers, they went above and beyond when there were small hiccups and surprises along the way, and upgraded the sun roof material and threw in an extra small roof for this small cabinet that sticks out of a wall without any additional charges. I prefer this approach in contrast to getting surprise charges or subpar work done.
They also happen to be very funny and nice people.
I recommend them to anyone who has the funds to go for a hands off, ease and peace of mind approach to their roofing project.

We used this company to replace parts of our roof. Alex was out project manager and an incredible one at that. He was patient, explained everything and very thorough. Once we are ready to complete the project or replace the roof on my own house, he will be the one I call. After 17 years in high end custom home construction I know an excellent project manager when I see one. Alex is amazing.

Asphalt Shingle Roofing - Install or Replace
Titanium replaced our roof in two days. The crew arrived when they said they would and got promptly to work. Andre was the person in charge. He introduced himself to us right away and let us know to talk to him if we had any questions. He is personable, friendly, knowledgeable and professional. When we did have questions he answered them completely. We did have one concern and Andre took care of it promptly and made sure we were 100% satisfied. Andre was a good communicator and we knew what was happening every step of the way. Our new roof looks great. We recommend Titanium if you need your roof replaced.

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
After 28 years in a newly built home, a few weeks ago I noticed a leak in the roof following California storms. Out of all the roofing companies I contacted in panic, Rafael from Titanium Roofing was the first one to show up with a drone. He gave me comprehensive report with pictures and a competitive pricing. His team promptly patched multiple leaks, replaced a few tiles and even cleaned up the gutters. Then he came back with another crew to paint the inside of a high ceiling, all with a big smile. I therefore recommend him and his company without hesitation for any roofing jobs.
Response from TITANIUM ROOF INNOVATIONS INC
"Naresh, thank you! A leak after a storm is stressful, and we're glad Rafael could get there quickly with the drone and give you a clear photo report. Patching the leaks, replacing the tiles and then returning to paint that high ceiling is the full-service care we want every customer to get. I'll be sure to pass your kind words along to Rafael and the crew. ? Andre, Titanium Roof Innovations"

Traditional Tile Roofing Repair
The team from Titanium Roof Innovations company recently did a great job preparing our roof for installation of solar panels. The work included removing existing tiles and underlayment from the roof, doing necessary prep work like replacing damaged plywood, installing new metal valley flashing at all roof connections and T-tops and vent caps on all exhaust pipes, and applying water-resistant mastic in all valleys. They installed peel-and-stick underlayment designed for tile roofing which provides advanced water barrier before placing back the tiles. Finally, they painted all flashings and vents with Rust-Oleum to match the roof color and cleaned the roof with a power washer. They left the working area in a neat clean state removing all debris. The team manager, Julian Mattos, was very efficient and responsive to our requests. Importantly along with a great service the Titanium Roof Innovations company provided a very competitive price for their work and the work has been completed on
Response from TITANIUM ROOF INNOVATIONS INC
"Sergey, thank you for such a detailed review! Getting a tile roof ready for solar takes careful work ? new valley flashing, peel-and-stick underlayment, matching paint on every vent ? and we're glad Julian and the team handled every step to your satisfaction. Your new panels are sitting on a solid, watertight base. ? Andre, Titanium Roof Innovations"
