They did a great job. Called to get the details, arrived on time with the right part, and were out the door in a half hour.

Friendly and courteous. He was great with my little puppy that accidentally got to say hi.

Waste of money! He called Samsung about the error codes and they said it needed a new motherboard. Then he told me it would cost almost $700 to fix! When my husband got home he took it apart to inspect and everything looked fine. Put it back together and it s working again! So disappointing to spend $70 on a service call for nothing!

Tom was excellent. He worked hard to get my fridge fixed despite a bad experience with LG. He understood the importance of being without a fridge much more than the LG customer service team. Fridge compressor was still under warranty with LG, so had to go thru them to cover the part. Tom came up with a solution that could that worked to our benefit. Thanks so much, Tom, for the excellent experience. Would highly recommend.

My request was answered within 10 minutes by a phone call, and an hour later he was here. He examined our dryer and reset a part. I was very pleased with every aspect of the job. I will call them again.

The service guy did not bring a tool in the house, he used my screwdriver, removed the back, and said the compressor was bad and gave me bill for 70.00 dollars. He was here less than 10 min. Thanks. John

Nice guy, son of owner came out twice. Although the machine wasn’t fixable. He was honest about that and only charged the fee to come out.

Brandon responded to our call within 12 hours of posting. (The initial posting was at 10:00PM, so the response was REALLY fast.) He quickly found the issue (defective compressor) and advised us that this particular compressor model has a troubled history and should be replaced under the refrigerator's warranty, but the work would have to be done be the original seller. The diagnosis and consultation was worth every penny.

He came quickly. Diagnosed the problem. He then returned the next day with the proper and fixed the refrigerator in short order.
