TJC Contracting has always won over our clients by providing them with the best customer service in the Pittsburgh area. I, Terrence Conroy, have been in business for myself for 2 years and thoroughly enjoy the work that I do. With over 22 years in the industry, there's no question that I know the ins and outs of working with home owners and businesses. Considering all of the homeowners who have been pleased with the high quality of my work, I know we are the company for your handyman project. I am also specializing in weather stripping, but am definitely not limited to these two tasks. Terry has done some great handyman work for us since June, 2007, are last contact with him was the first week in Nov. 2007. He was suppose to do some more work for us, servicemagic informed me that he was fine but busy, he has yet to return any of our phone calls, he lost his creditability with us, His work was great up to Nov 2007, his contracting skills or pricing were never a issue, his reliability is.

Terry was very friendly, prompt and his work is great. I just had a few small jobs and he did not make me feel like they were too small, plus he had to travel a distance but said that was fine. The work he did for me is so wonderful. I had toilets fixed, closet doors fixed and redone. The estimate he gave me was very affordable and every bit worth the work he did. I am positiviely happy with everything. When he was finished you could not even tell someone was in the house doing work, everything was cleaned up. I cannot express how happy I am with everything that was done and I was able to afford also. Thank you so much

He showed up for an estimate when he said he would, he explained the work he would do, and quoted a price. He did the work on the date and time he said he would, he did the job exactly as he said (even though it poured down rain during the time he worked), and the price was as quoted. I couldn't have asked for better service.
