Nothing was added to the original estimate so there were no surprises at the end of the job. Would recommend this contractor to anyone. Very satisfied.

The people that came to my home to install the windows were very professional, hard working, and did not rush through. We had severe storms come unexpectedly and they very conscientious to do what they could to complete what they could and returned following day, reviewing next steps in a thorough, thoughtful way. They had a particularly difficult job with oversized, heavy patio doors that were difficult to replace but they did excellent job. I would recommend them anytime. Also , they go out of their way to find solutions to challenging jobs.

I put a "rush" on the job due to upcoming holidays and the Carmody Construction crew worked weekends to make sure the job was completed as promised. I purchased new windows and was extremely satisfied with the windows (Simenton) and the workers that installed them. Mr. Carmody was onsite to oversee the progress and that was very much appreciated to know he didn't just "sell" me the windows, he was there through the process. Very professional. I would highly recommend his company for any construction work.
