Did not shampoo all areas, did not clean the refrigerator very well.

"Sorry you felt like we did not do a good job. We scrub the carpet with cleaner it is just your carpet is old and it is time for new carpet. We showed you the results of how much dirt we took up, and you were amazed. Also, we were scrubbing your fridge but we did not want to touch your medicine and personal stuff. You told us you were amazed, but if you did not feel like that you should have let us know. We could have fixed what was wrong! Thank you again, have a good day."
