Exceptional Customer Service, and work was completed perfectly. I wanted to get my stairs and 2nd floor from carpet to Laminate. They did an awesome job!! They removed the carpet and installed Laminate. No mess. I didn't even feel that they were working in the house. I always recommend them and will always hire them for all my flooring projects.

They were incredible! They fixed a job that turned out as a nightmare. They were so nice and helped me out tremendously.

Good work however a bit high in price

I was impressed on the efficiency of the installers. T & J Flooring agreed to help with the heavy furniture. "Tony" estimated the work that needed to be done, and was very competitive. I sent pictures of the job. I applied 1 gallon of "Thompson's Water Seal" to the bare wood floor. The workers waited until it dried. I took several pictures while watching the installation. It is refreshing to get a good deal!!! We will have T&J Flooring return to install new carpet in the rest of the house after we finish painting. -William S.

They were fantastic. Better than great. It was in recording studio and was a little tricky to do. Very happy that I found them and they did the job. Would rate them higher than a 5 if I could.

Tony and his crew installed new wood flooring in our family room and we absolutely love it. They were able to match the wood color and size to the rest of the house perfectly. The crew was fast and polite. When we had an issue with the threshold leading outside, they came immediately and fixed it better than we could have hoped. Don't go anywhere else for having your floors done.

Tony was completely professional, as was his crew who completed the work efficiently.

I interviewed three floor refinishers and T &J was the best by far. Knowledge, experience, service, friendliness, could assure me they could do the job. On time, finished in two days!!!!!!

I didn't like any of the samples Tony brought to my house so I met him at his showroom. There he had a much better selection. I choose the carpet, the price was the best and the installation was great. He even helped me with a small buckle in my hardwood floors. Tony sent someone over to make the small repair, all in the same day. The process was easy!

Tony (owner) and David (craftsman who did the job) were a great choice for us. We shopped around and got several bids. Decision points for going with Tony: 1) it was a one-stop deal. TJ had the samples, did all the work (including hauling off the debris) 2) Developed a work schedule that worked with ours 3) really knew what they were doing. Other bids involved our buying the materials, arranging installation with someone else which would not have involved one person taking responsibility for the success of the job. We were very pleased with the result.

Priced out this job and received 4 different bids, and T.J. Flooring's bid was the lowest. References were great and we found too that they give excellent service. Workers worked fast, had no problem moving furniture around and they were very mindful of our belongings, and the finished product looked great. Carpet quality is also excellent. Will definitely hire this company in the future to finish the remaining of the house. Recommend this company to everyone.
