Travis has installed cameras that does not work properly and has charged me lots of money! Only one day after install and over $2200 payment, two of the six cameras has stopped working, alarms and sirens are going off and i will need to get another company to assist me due to the many failing attempts of Travis to call or show up for set appointments to rectify this situation. He will sometimes reply by text with an excuse and has claimed to be able to fix this over the phone but he doesn't answer his phone or keep his word. Travis is unreliable and his service and product has failed me.

Great experience start to finish!! Travis even went out of his way to remove a mirror so that the finished job was complete. I will recommend and use TJK in the future!!!

Professional and quick service at a low price.

Travis figured out our problem with not getting an HDMI signal on our movie projector, in about 15-20 minutes, and had it working like a champ! He was polite, friendly and professional. I will definitely be calling him whenever I need an electronics guru!

Travis was on time, mounted 2 TVs on the wall and did a neat job at a reasonable price. I have hired him to install a security system in our home. I would definitely recommended TJK Security and Automation.

travis is good with communication always keeping you informed. he takes pride in making sure you are happy. We had some equipment issues which Travis resolved and even up graded without extra charge! He stood by his price and made all good! He is honest and had our best interest at hand, not his. I will have him out again in the future for other things.

Travis texted me his ETA and showed up on time, he was patient, he did some troubleshooting. He took time to show me what he was doing and made sure I could do it, then offered to come back if I needed help, or help me over the phone. Travis is a reliable, qualified professional and I am comfortable recommending him.

Quick , and Reasonable cost for service. Managed to adjust the imperfections of the wall mount to accomplish the job in a timely manner..Would recommend him to anyone.. Very professional!

Added a cable drop in a room that had none. Drop was added via attic thus no exterior drilling. Internet connections resume without problems.
