Did what I asked to do - quick and neat. Very small job - good price.

We hired this company for the job & paid in full, in advance(big mistake). They were scheduled to come out and failed to show or call until we called them to find out where they were and were told they had a family emergency so we rescheduled for the following weekend and again they failed to call or show until we called them, we were told there was no excuse for not showing up the second time and they would refund our money. We have finally recieved our refund after chasing after them for well over a month. I would definitely tell anyone never to hire this company for ANYTHING.

Would not recomment. Never completed job. Took our money and never returned it. We have been waiting almost a month for him to give us back our money for a job he never did. Still waiting. Would use with caution. Dishonest, never did job, kept raising the estimate. Quick to take our money but slow on returning it.

This person is running a business without insurance! Don't use him! I have had a horrible experience!

I was given a material list which was more than I needed. It was a special order so I cannot return anything. Screens needs to be repaired because they broke them. They orginally did not do a good job deck. But they did come back and fix the deck but not the screen. No contract was given. I asked for a business card and Tony said he did not have one. I have called twice and can not get anyone to call me back. The last time was on Friday 4/6/05.

Very courteous, but very rough with estimates/costs. Missed a couple scheduled appointments to meet or work on project. Insisted on same-day payment, instead of invoicing me for the balance.

Since it has not yet rained and we have had snow, I have not been able to judge the quality yet. I believe I need a good hard rain to evaluate properly.
