Mr.TJ quickly called back midafternoon, let my husband explain our dishwasher issue, and was at the house within the 30 minute interval he gave us. Cordial and professional, he set straight to work. He solved the problem and even listened to my husband’s jokes! He is our go-to for appliance repair and referral for other professionals. I cannot express my appreciation for his service.

The technician was very courteous and arrived at the time he said he would. He was focused and didn't waste time getting started. I found him to be knowledgeable and considered my opinions regarding placement of the unit. He also took the units and boxes to the curb for trash pickup at my request.
