Our old automatic garage door had finally gone kaput despite the many hours of applied DIY optimism and frustration, elbow grease, blood, sweat, and curse words. So I looked on line and found TJ's garage door service, and emailed them in the morning before 7am to get information and perhaps a quote for replacing our broken garage door, and to my surprise I was contacted less than 20 minutes after I sent the request by the owner of the business Timmothy Lewis. He scheduled a free visit, assessment and quote for that same day..and less than an hour after I first contacted him He showed up on time and promptly started the evaluation and quote. He was very informative about our current set up, explained the reason for our past problems we were having with our current door, communicated simply and thoroughly about what options were available to us and what service and materials his company could provide and the time frame in which it could be done. He also told us the parts of our system that were not broken and that could still be used in the new install...which I found refreshing compared to the toss it all for the new stuff mentality of many service businesses today. We excepted his quote and he set up the job for the very next day!..but they were actually able to work our job into the very same day as the quote!!! And the end result and overall experience with TJ'S Garage Door Service was nothing less than SUPERB... the owner, Timothy Lewis is a genuine professional and a TRUELY NICE PERSON, and we would recommend him and his talented employees for any garage door concerns..without hesitation.

We called in an emergency, our spring was broken on the garage door and our only vehicle stuck inside. TJ was at our home within thirty minutes to replace the springs and at our request, the opener. Excellent customer service and performed the job quickly, Very happy with the service received.

Last week our garage door buckled and wouldnâ t open/close properly. TJ was at our house to assess the problem 2 hours after I called. We ended up needing to replace the panels and the job was completed less than 24 hours later with a 5 year warranty. TJ is professional, honest, personable, polite, hard working, and exceptionally knowledgeable. He doesnâ t try to upsell you, gives tips to save you money, and offers a discount to teachers & first responders. He told me, â I donâ t want repeat customers because that means I didnâ t do my job right. Can't say enough good things regarding TJ. From the initial call to the finished quality repair - total professional and super nice along with a great work ethic made this a totally awesome experience. Mr TJ Lewis him self came out to my house for the spring repair. He was at my house the exact time he said he would be their. Job was completed in 40 minutes, Nice clan quality professional job, no mess left behind. You could not ask for better friendly professional job. It's nice to see some one to takes pride in their work. I would recommend TJ. For any type of garage problem, and new door installation. He can be reached 24 hrs a day except Sunday.

I had a issue with the garage door not opening. One technician said the spring was broken and quoted a price. I was referred to TJ's and sent him a picture of the issue. He called backed and practically diagnosed the issue over the phone. I was given a flat price, 5year warranty and he was able to squeeze me in that day. The garage door spring was repaired timely and very professionally. I would definitely recommend TJ's again.

Friendly, efficient, good value - fixed a garage door that hadn't worked in 2 years. First quote from a national door company was outrageous and they tried to sell me a whole new garage door and system. TJ's understood what we needed, that weren't way over long in the cash department, and fixed the door within budget. Excellent service!

These guys are awesome, efficient, and professionals. They installed 3-14 feet garage doors with ease and professionalism. We had a party afterwards to celebrate the quiet doors. Wow! They are great!

He was quick to set up an appt., I had to change the time, he was quick to set up another appt.

tj lewis was an excellent contractor. he was available when i needed him, and always very helpful. he supplied all the materials i needed and did not abandon me until my project was finished. he warranteed all the work he did and it was good project.

The problem was asserted and explained to me. One of the two men then broke down the two areas that could be the problem (springs, and or the motor), of which my motor was almost sixteen years old. The resulting "fix" was to reset the springs. He also alerted me to the fact that my motor has a certain "life" so don't be surprised if it should fail. I felt like I was given a shot but real understanding of it's operation.

Easy to communicate with Tim (owner). Quick diagnosis and quote. He had my garage doors purring within the hour!

When is the last tim enough enjoyed getting your garage door repaired? This man was professional and provided an AWESOME PRICE on a new door!!! His price beat the competition so much until I opted for a new door install of a repair!! He gets the job done!!!
