John certainly went above and beyond my expectations. My water heater broke the night (8:30pm) before I had to leave out of town for travel ...I had to have it fixed as people were staying at my home while I was away. He met me at the store, helped me pick out the best options for me and then delivered and installed it for me that night at a very reasonable price. He was courteous and professional and I will certainly recommend him and use him for my future plumbing needs!
