totally unreliable. Made numerous appointments. They just did not show up or made excuses. Finally showed up. He looked at job. Promised to return next morning. That was a week ago. I will never use this service in the future. Trees still undone a month later.

Welp I debated on a review for some time so here goes... Everything started great! We wanted this before Thanksgiving 2021. They showed up when they said they would, did a fantastic job on a huge oak we have, cleaned up the debris, BUT in the process they damaged our fence and our downspout on the house. After talking with TJ he said they would be back in a week to repair the damage. needless to say it is now March 2022 and the repairs have not taken place.

Waited to see how the trees would hold up before submitting a review so the trees he trimmed look great and healthy. They did a good job and cleaned up afterwards

We chose TJ's tree service to come out to our property to remove 7 large trees and we are EXTREMELY satisfied with the work that he and his crew performed! TJ was very respectful and knowledgeable. He explained how he would take the trees down and how we could get rid of the stumps ourselves rather than paying someone else to do it. The price that he quoted was surprisingly affordable and was lower than other quotes that we had received. We added the 8th tree while he was onsite and he had no problems adding it into the schedule. We had a large job that took 3-4 days to complete. Each afternoon, he and his crew cleaned up all debris before leaving. Our yard was raked and driveway/sidewalk blown off each day. At the end of the job, he explained that as a customer, if we call and need tree service he would quickly accommodate. He has a small family business that takes pride in the work that they do and lets the business grow from the customer reviews and recommendations that he receives. We can't speak highly enough! This is an honest, hard working, family owned business. We were very impressed with the work that they did and will continue to give TJs Trees contact information to anyone that is looking for tree service!!

They are GREAT they bag and clean up The job created a complete transformation. I will need them to return to continue to do what they do best they are tree trims and more

Excellent work, courteous, cleaned up the site afterwards and did a great job planting a replacement palm for us. We were very happy that they could remove and replant a tree, otherwise we would have had to get another company involved. Highly recommend them!

They did not bundle the trash for pick-up. I had to do it.

They took the time to explain what they were doing and got the job done in a timely manner. Prior to leaving they made sure all the debris was removed prior to leaving. He showed me the completed job prior to me making the payment to make sure I was satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

The project was completed in one day & was top notch ,cleaned up completely removing all trimmings. Turned out to be outstanding job. Will hire them again when the trees grow out.

Very good price on trimming two large Live Oaks. Did the job with no heavy equipment, just ropes and climbing gear. When they were finished they raked the entire lawn to remove all the leaves, twigs, and spanish moss. The trimming turned out just the way I had asked. They showed up on time and did the job in the time they had quoted.. Not much more you could ask for. I would definitely recommend TJS TREES LLC for any job regarding tree trimming or removal.

TJ's trimmed a very large tree and removed surrounding shrubbery. The service and quality of work were phenomenal! The price was also great. Anthony was professional and courteous, and I would highly recommend his company!

TJ and his crew did a great job and they were very affordable! I would recommend them again for tree removal and grinding. I would have given them a 5 if they accepted credit card payment. C'mon even the girl scouts accept credit card payments.

I need two oak trees trimmed. I explained to every company that came out what I wanted done. TJs estimate was a little higher than someone else, but I hired them any way. TJ gave me a verbal quote, which is not a good thing. We scheduled to have the work done. He originally scheduled it for Memorial Day which sounded strange, but I figured he new his schedule. He called me the Friday before, and said we needed to reschedule because of the holiday. When he did show up to do the work he said that I was asking for far more than what he had originally estimated. I explained once again what I had told him originally. He said we had only talked about one tree. The request on Home Advisor said Trim Trees. I told him to go ahead and trim what you think fits within your estimate, and then we could talk after that. He came to the front door five minutes later and said he would not do the job for that price, and cancelled the service. Sorry, but my overall opinion of the company is that they are not very professional. I was looking forward to working with them.

They were prompt, did a great job trimming our oaks, were incredibly knowledgeable about trees and keeping them healthy. They did a great job cleaning up the debris. Incredibly customer focused and all around great company to work with!

T.J. is easy to work with and was professional in his dealings with us. He invited me to do a "walk around" with him twice during the process to make sure that I was satisfied with his work. I appreciated that! He also told me that any time I might need him and his Team for future work, to please call him and he will consider us a priority customer since we had hired him previously. I will hire him again if needed and I highly recommend T.J.'s Trees.
