Sin and his team were the most professional moving crew we’ve had the privilege to work with. They took great pains to ensure that all our valued possessions were extremely well cared for. Our move was quite a long distance and it was a 15 hour day—there was no complaining or hurrying to get things done, which would have risked breaking things. They went above and beyond in every way for a reasonable price. I’d strongly recommend them to my friends and colleagues! Thanks Sin, Johnny and Brian!! If we move again, we’ll be calling!

Final price may be adjusted once actual hours are calculated. Our in home estimate came in very low, and was adjusted up, but still a great value (well below the name brand movers), but still same insurances, etc. as any of them offer.

The guys were great! The arrived on time, were very polite and professional, but there were just two of them and it slowed down the moving process. I moved a two-bedroom house and it took them 5 hours just to load the truck. Everything was very good: they worked hard, were cautious about my items. However, they asked me to order lunch for them, and I was happy to go and get it for them, not charging for it, then they took a break about 30-40 minutes, ..and they charged me for that time.

"Hello Elena, Thank you very much for spending your time to review us. I'm sorry that there you're not completely satisfied. Based on our recollection, I didn't ask you to order lunch. We even offered to re-pay the lunches you bought. We did not charge overtime and waived several fees. I'm sorry if we did not make it clear that we had waived those fees. Also, we were not able to load items onto the truck expeditiously because the truck had to be parked around 100 yards away plus the going up and down the stairs. I'm happy to answers any questions you may have. Thank you."
