Our team offers installation, repairs, warranty service, and annual maintenance plans. We specialize in generator systems, electrical service upgrades, and panel/meter replacements. Our licensed technicians work directly with the utility company to engineer and install new services or upgrade existing ones. We also install EV charging stations, and our technicians are Tesla‑ and ChargePoint‑certified. Fixed Generator Installation
Was good up till they weren't, used this company to install my whole house Generac Generator about three years ago, as stated all was well till I actually needed their help after my generator sucked a lot of snow from the recent blizzard into the air intake and quit. When I called them to come out and fix the problem they wanted to charge me time and a half for the service call even though I had a service contract. Their reasoning was that it was my fault that I didn't prevent snow from getting inside the air filter. They claimed to have sent out a mass email a month ago notifying all their customers of this possible issue, I never viewed it and no follow-up was ever sent. Not happy, now I'm looking for a new service company.

Had a water in the supply line issue so it was a critical problem that needed quick attention. They responded in a timely manner. Showed up when they said they would. Did the work professionally and quickly. Cleaned up afterward. Just a good experience overall.

Portable Generator Installation Service
The two young men who performed the installation were informative, professional, cordial, and they left the scene spotless. There was a technical problem with the engine on the generator itself, which they weren't able to help with, because they weren't licensed to work on the specific brand of generator. That might be something to check on before hiring for this type of job.

"Thank you for the comment, just to be clear there are no licenses needed to repair small engines. The brand of generator that was provided but customer is not made in USA and that manufacturer has no repair dealers or parts in USA. The recommendation was to send the gen back to manufacturer and get a new one so not to void any warranty. When the new gen arrived to call, and we would set up as part of the original work done."

Very responsive, came out for a quote in a timely manner which I can't say many others did. Has responded quickly to my emails to answer any question I have posed. The crew came on time to position the generator and had it in place as described. As soon as Tim and Robert were notified of gas connection they scheduled final install, showed up exactly on time and completed work in a very professional manner. Very happy with the entire process.

After waiting a long time between every phase of j ob including delivery rough out and finish,, I received a bill for delivery which represented 1/3 of cost. I had originally been told bill would be in three pats. Purchase, rough, and finish. We waited a long time for a bill. When we received bill we were charged a late fee of 1 1/2% for late payment. This amount was assessed on the final 2/3 of bill. We never received any other statement from them. Their phone is always busy serving other customers and hold your breath for a call back. I would suggest that their customer service is either inept or dishonest. I have great concern if I have a problem with generator in the future whether service will be reliable.
