TKM Home Solutions, LLC

I am very displeased with the overall quality of the service. Poor communication. Poor quality work and overall unprofessional. I hired Tommy end of January, he completed the deck in early March. Although he told me it would be a two-day project- I was understanding of the weather. But then he started telling me he would show up on days and never come. I was constantly following up with him. I paid him the remaining balance off of his word that he would return to complete the work that was not done properly. He agreed to come back on March 12 and I have not heard from him since. I would not recommend him to anyone looking for a deck built.

Tommy provide quick and timely service. He came to view my item and scheduled and fixed in same week. I will be using his services for other items. I was very satisfied with the service and his knowledge.

Tommy and his crew performed all work as agreed upon.

Tommy and his crew did an awesome job for us. First rate top notch by far. Tommy kept cost at a minimum to fit our budget while using quality materials. Anyone who hires them for a job canâ t go wrong.

Tommy was and his crew were great, they came in got it done and cleaned up behind themselves, I kept his number for other things that I’ll need done, Tommy is very personable, never had a problem discussing things with him.

Very friendly and professional. They came out to give estimate same day I called. Fit me in their schedule that same week. Did excellent work.

Tommy Jackson is a very honest contractor and if he says he can do it, you can take that to the bank. He will do everything he can to keep costs to a minimum and get the job done within budget and in a timely manner. He and his workers arrived early, worked throughout the day with no requests for bathroom breaks, and cleaned up the work area prior to leaving everyday. The work was done thoroughly, professionally, and efficiently. We would recommend him highly to anyone looking for a quality contractor.
