They put up the wrong size slate. 3in instead or 5, some panels had as much as a 1/2 in. spacing between the slates, placed on the panels crooked and the dog ears were uneven. When we complained that we could look into the neighbors yard btw the slats, the owner said that was the best he could get and had no control over the quality. (Said it was because of the fires in the west). Said he would fix it and *eat the cost* then wanted $845 more than the $2,700 plus we already paid or he would put a lean on our house. He also did not take away the old fence which he was supposed to do. No complaints about the workers, they did a great job making our fence a true *privacy fence*.

I was very surprised at how quickly I heard from TKO on getting a quote. They were very prompted and professional. At first I didnâ t think the fence would be installed as scheduled due to the weather but TKO worked us in a day early! Very happy with TKO and highly recommend them.

Efficient, high quality install. Steel posts. Knew to use pressure treated pine for braces with cedar plank. Installed extensions where needed, and kept bottom edge off the dirt ( 1" all around). Competitive price, and left the extra planks with me (as any good contractor should). Highly recommend.

clean up was not the greatest but overall a good job.

First repair didn't work, they were supposed to return - never came back and stopped taking calls. Had to hire another company. Would not recommend them.

They are very busy and it took about 1 month before they could do our project but they did it in the time they said and it was very well done. Beautiful fence and very economical. The only thing I would say negative is that we had rain which I figured would delay the project but I had to contact them just to make sure when they were coming. They apologized for not having called me earlier.
