Tiffany and Josh are awesome! And went above and beyond!!! The work was for post construction cleaning, and they did not stop until I was completely satisfied, to the point of working extra days free of charge, and gave me a house warming present too!!! They are just amazing, I would hire them and recommend them without a second thought! Thanks guys!

The ladies were very friendly, polite and worked really well as a team. We did a quick walk through after completion and everything looked good. The only issue I had is that a couple of the blinds were not pulled down so we did them. But the following day I checked all of the other windows and some were latched as though they were locked. However the window was not closed all the way down. so just a heads up to check windows. Otherwise, good job.

Counters were still dusty and floor had streaks all over. Cabinets were clean and carpet was vacuumed though. Tiffany was very nice every time we spoke on the phone and even offered to return to fix the issue but I would've rather had my house clean the first time. It was just disappointing to come home and have to clean the counters and floor again. I would hire again based on Tiffany's customer service honestly.
Response from TKO Smith's Cleaning Solutions
"(consumer name withheld per their request) I'm just seeing this. We have had everything on hold due to a large job we were working. I'm so sorry we were not up to standards with you. Future cleaning needs I'll give you a discount to compensate for things being left undone. Hope to work with you again. Thank you for the review."

I reached out to HomeAdvisor and TKO Smith Cleaning was the first company to call me with availability. Tiffany and her mom were excellent. She was very pleasant and responsive to me and my requests as well as her reasonable prices. I live in a 1-br/1-bath apartment and they did a deep cleaning from the ceiling to the floor. No size job and no distance would stop them from servicing your home/apt/business, etc. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks again, Tiffany!!
