Concrete Driveways & Floors Installation
The driveway cracked after 3 weeks. I have tried to contact Tai and most of the time he never replies. After over a year of texts, he agreed to redo his work by Oct or Nov. 2023. He is not returning my texts again. I am waiting for the redo.

They responded to our initial inquiry almost immediately, coming by the next day for an estimate. Others either never responded or came out at a later date and were way too expensive. Price was reasonable and concrete work was well done. We now have a second driveway and pad in the backyard to store our RV. We deducted one star for the review because they said they could also widen and construct a larger side gate into the back yard. They did finally but it was kind of like an after thought in my opinion. Their concrete work was done and they had probably gone on to another job. Gate was constructed finally but not the best quality and they didn?t seem like they wanted to be there to do it. I have no complaints about their concrete work, but if you aren?t going to give the same attention and quality and craftsmanship to it, don?t say you can do it. I would still recommend them highly for concrete work.

Tai contacted me soon & worked around my busy schedule to meet me & get an estimate. He then gave me an estimated time line of the project. The project lasted a day longer than he expected due to no fault of his. I couldnâ t be there for most of the job but he kept me updated with pictures each day of the progress. There were a couple of small issues that we talked about & he took care of. The approach & driveway were widened & look great. Thanks Tai for your professionalism.

Concrete Flatwork Repair & Resurface
Communication was terrible. I believe if I had not followed up, I may never have been scheduled. Initial demo was 1/2 okay and 1/2 not okay. They don't clean up after themselves and almost just walk away at the end of the day. Explanation of the progress was spotty depending on who was on-site. When on break, the mature fella had harsh words with the younger guys in the crew. Very unprofessional. Also unprofessional was canvassing the neighborhood soliciting business while there was work to be done on my project. The effect of the sealant was almost overwhelming. It may have been different if I had been prepared with bigger, stronger fans to keep the house livable for the 36 hours it took to be able to breath again. I don't work concrete and this is my first concrete project, but they did virtually nothing to protect items left in one of the rooms, meaning our cleanup was a good 16 combined hours today. Had they been diligent in explaining what a mess they were going to make, I would have made sure everything was removed. Even so, the wipe down and wall washes that we had to accomplish before the room was usable was unacceptable. I've done a lot of projects over the years and every contractor, every single contractor, has left the project "move in ready." Not so in this case. Maybe if they're working a concrete driveway or outdoor area it would be palatable, but not so for interior work. Highly disappointed.

"Not agreeing with you a whole lot. A seal on such overlay will take 24hrs depending on how open the area, it was an enclosed room, all you can do is run a fan till it goes away. All in all, I think the project came out well as anyone can considering the space available for the project. Thank you for the review. I will make it a point to improve from here on out. I think the product was very satisfactory beside all the other things you have stated. We completed in 3 days."
