Hired for an inspection response on my house which was pretty lengthy...Daniel is very reachable via email or phone and was always quick to reply. The work was done well and both men that came were very friendly and able to explain what they were doing and why they were doing it in terms that a non pro could understand. I have an electrical line buried and a new panel installed. The work was shabby at best. I don't think anyone in this company knows what a level is. The box is up crooked. The outside panel doesn't cover the old space and nothing was added to make it look ok. The interior is a mess. I cannot turn off the "main" with the switch as it is locked up or something. I have contacted this company with no response. I will have to hire another company come out and fix the problem at additional cost to me. Very unhappy with the quality of the work and the customer service.

They buried an electrical line to the meter and upgraded the panel to 200 amps. I got the service wire off the house. More than pleased with having that done. They are not a prompt as I would like. But they do good work. Example, they said they would be here at 8 and got here at 10. I am home all day so it didn't matter to me. Someone else might be put out by that. I would definitely use them again. I am going to see if they can do the same for my daughters house. There were a few quirks with the install. Nothing I can't live with. But they came back to fix up some things and added a sub panel at no extra charge. Overall, I am pleased with the service. Very friendly people!!
