Wade has done several jobs for us over the years. From design/build to remodel and more. Wade has great communication skills and is always open about costs and progress. Budgets are presented and followed unless approval is given for additional costs. The work completed is professional and always on time. We will be hiring TLC for any future projects, large or small!

I hired TLC to do the major work of converting a garage into a living space (Accessory Dwelling Unit). TLC did the hard lifting of plumbing, mechanical, organizing subcontractors etc. They did an amazing job, worked hard, communicated well, and hired great sub-contractors. They were willing to work with me so I could save money by doing some aspects of the work myself. I highly recommend Wade and TLC.
