The technician seemed very experienced, however, time is valuable to us, especially when you are requested to stay put for a 2-3 hour window. The technician showed up almost 45 minutes past the set window. I called TLC after 20 minutes had past, and they indicated he would be there in about 20 minutes. This is frustrating as consumer's days are rearranged and planned around contractors lengthly time windows.

T L C they were pretty good, what i didnt like that i was told some things that did not happen.Like the job would only take 1 day and it took 2 and the submeter took almost 3 weeks,other than that they were pretty good.

Their service was outstanding. They took the time to explain how to use the new sprinkler system. The only issue I had was the plumber that was hired by TLC did not pull a permit for the installation which is required in Charles County. I received a bill from Charles County because there was work performed without a permit. After I spoke to the owner of TLC he took care of the issue and the bill was paid by the plumbing company and a permit was pulled.

TLC sent out a good qualified service man who was there on time as promised. He went to work and was done in less than one hour. Very pleased.
