Absolutely amazing customer service! I can't even tell you how nice it was to come home to a perfectly clean home after a long day at work... Wish I had done this a long time ago! Was intended as a one time clean, but now I am making it bi-weekly. So happy!

One Time Interior House Cleaning
These girls were great and they fit me into their schedule after my other service canceled on me. I think they need a stronger vacuum because I have a dog with black fur and he sheds alot. I needed to go back and re-vacuum because this was for a move-out and I could still see some of his fur in the carpet. They need a Dyson for people with animals. Other than that they did a great job. I also asked them to close all the blinds to keep it cool in the condo after they left because the A/C would be off. They forgot to close the blinds. Other than that they did a great job and I was thankful to get the place cleaned.

"We only use industrial orecks and when the rugs/carpets are that bad for move/ins-outs we have a carpet company we recommend through servicemagic! When we leave we put the blinds 3/4 shut! For perfect lighting for showing, they just followed training! We appreciate all feedback because every clean is subjective and different, and time & budget sometimes is a factor to the end results. I had 3 girls come for 3 hours to clean my empty house before I moved into it. They were on time, very friendly and very efficient. They did a great job on most of the areas, although a few places could have used more attention. However, time was a factor.

There was some confusion on my part of what I was paying for until the housekeepers communicated to me. I would suggest that the lead contact person inform the client that the service may include more that what was requested for the amount of time the client is paying for. This allows the client to be more prepared for the services.

"Sometimes it is confusing, We set up jobs right over the phone based on Size, # of beds/baths, levels, # of tasks, And we fill out a priority packet listing main priority's and if there is extra time the team cleans any & everything.
