Had an extremely frustrating experience with TLC land care. First scheduled appointment, the tech never showed up. Second one he came out and got me the estimate so I booked to have the work done almost a week out for the morning. The night before they emailed me and said they now had to come in the afternoon instead which wouldn't work since I couldn't be home and work. Then we rescheduled for the following week and the crew once again never showed up for the appointment. I called and they said they had once again moved me to the afternoon without letting me know which I was not able to be here for. Steve said he would try to move other appointments to get us in and never called me back to confirm so I had to end up just canceling. Steve and Carmen were very apologetic and nice about it but it was truly unacceptable service. I tried being patient but to not show up several times for other jobs is highly unprofessional and I would not recommend this company.

I called this company regarding a sprinkler repair I needed which ended up being an epic mistake on my part. One gentleman came out for two hours in the afternoon to do the work and fixed one portion of the problem. He then told me he would send someone else out the following morning to complete the repair. That second gentleman who I watched from my window took break after break including lunch at 11 am and then dared to charge me 4 hours worth of labor. I called the business with my concern and I was hung up on. I am not okay paying someone for 4 hours of work when I saw for myself he did not work half that time. I was home the entire time and watched him out my window taking breaks over and over. I called and was rightfully irritated but still willing to pay right away if they corrected the invoice based on taking lunch and breaks over and over. I wanted the bill reduced by 1 hour because of the breaks/lunch yet they refused and as I said above hung up on me and even threatened to file a mechanics lien. That second gentleman barely even worked but managed to charge me for 4 hours of labor even though he took a 45-minute lunch and breaks every 15 minutes. I wanted to make this right but I won't stand for someone taking advantage of me.

He fixed the sprinkler timer with great ease and repositioned the sprinkler heads. My lawn should be in great shape now.

Steve Reagan is a good man. I was very pleased with the work he and and his team did for me.

A service member came next day to winterize my system. The backflow had been leaking so they looked into that for me. They repaired the backflow, for a very reasonable cost, and saved my having to entirely replace it. Oh, and they did this on the same day. Excellent service! I will be using them for my spring start up.
