"Hi Henry, Thank you for using our services. I am a little confused why you are stating that there was a difference in the price we quoted you over the phone and the price you paid. We charged you the rate we agreed on the phone and at the end of the move we also void all the charges for the materials we used for your move ($24.49). If you refer to the extra hour it took to complete the move that is because you have added additional items and locations to the move. I don't think that your rating reflects the reality for the services we perform."
