"Scott hired us to fix fascia because the whole things was done with quarter-inch plywood he said please can you just fixed the 5 problem spot and take care of me and I'll give you the gutter work no problem we pride ourselves on taking care of all our customers so I fix the 5 areas with the real stuff which is primer board then he calls me back and say you fix all of it when I literally did what he asked because that all he needed he said I charged a fair price but he tried to take advantage the why when we do work we are very process and to the details so the customer gets exactly what the ask for T.L.C"

"Job suppose be complete in 3 weeks And complete on time Only reason customer not satisfied are because was a family party and we not able to complete the job on the date he want but complete on the date own on the contract Also customer was very nice on the beginner and explain his budget of 2800 using regular pine board straight from lumber yard and we provide him pressure treat wood top to bottom because we like the customer and feel bad he want provide safety yard for his young son but can't spend $ on a good product . Basic this customer have now on his yard $4600 wood fence for the amount of 2800 and not happy . And done on time we promise"

"Everything we promise to this customer was done. Now he ask me for my vendor receipts and fix other gutter was not part the deal.and I simply replied all you have to do is call the place and you'll see price. Went back to his house 4 times and never happy. even when customer existing that not the whole but one corner of a gutter is leaking I took the customer word on it and went back a few times to rectify it he still insisted that the one corner out of whole job is still leaking I sent another contractor to fix the corner out of my own pocket just to keep customer satisfied and still not satisfied I never installed his gutters only fixed wha"
