Initially, as Jeffrey worked on our trees I was planning on writing a glowing review. After today's events, I'm afraid I'm unable to do so. While Jeffery and his assistant did a very good job on our tree trimming project, his communication after the the job was completed was shocking. Rather than thanking us for giving him our business and inquiring as to our satisfaction with his work, Jeffrey instead, sent two deeply offensive political texts. These texts were in response to my reaction to an offhand political comment he made while we were making our final payment to him. My response was not verbal, merely a look and gesture of disbelief. My initial reaction to his message was to send a reply notifying him of our disappointment in receiving such a message and requested no further such communication. He immediately followed up with yet another political statement which included impugning my intelligence for not agreeing with him. While the work was good, the customer service after the fact was incredibly disturbing and offensive.
