We were to move and some of our windows needed springs changed. The pro came as promised and gave us an estimate. The estimate was too high for our budget so we could not hire him. But he knew exactly what needed & I was impressed at his professional attitude. I would recommend him for sure.

They arrived on time and did an excellent job. The final bill was actually less than the estimate, which was a pleasant surprise.

Tim is very polite & professional and clean while he works. His overall body of work is great quality, but compared to other contractors, he is a bit on the high end in terms of pricing. I would definitely work with Tim again.

Quick, efficient, professional.

Tim did a fantastic job repairing my 150+ year old front door and installing new door stops and seals to eliminate air infiltration. Where others were recommending replacing the door with a new one and rebuilding the frame, which would have been very involved and expensive (not to mention unnecessary in this case!) in a historic home like mine, Tim worked with me to to refurbish only what was necessary and keep the costs down. Part of that work called for great precision, which he executed beautifully. Time was great to work with - I definitely plan to contact him for any future projects

Tim's quote came in a little higher than the others, but I picked him because he seemed to be the most professional. I'm happy with my decision. The work was done well, on time, and on budget. I will use him again.

We had a space problem in the room Tim drywalled due to a new air conditioner installation. Tim came back and moved the dryer exhaust over for a better fit. Polite and efficient.
