About us
TLS Civil & Survey is a family-owned land surveying and civil engineering firm serving Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and Clark County. We are women-owned and minority-owned. Our principal, Patricia Yin, holds an active Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer license in Nevada and California, and she seals every drawing we deliver. TLS is registered with the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, firm 44105, and we are fully insured. You work with the professional who signs your drawing, not a call center. We focus on ALTA/NSPS land title surveys for commercial properties, but we also handle boundary surveys, property corner staking, topographic surveys, as-built surveys, septic-to-sewer conversion surveys, and grading and drainage plans.
