About us
Total Land Surveying is a family-owned land surveying firm serving Las Vegas, Henderson, North Las Vegas, Boulder City, and Clark County. We are women-owned and minority-owned. Our principal, Patricia Yin, holds an active Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer license in Nevada and California, and she seals every drawing we deliver. TLS is registered with the Nevada State Board of Professional Engineers and Land Surveyors, firm 44105, and we are fully insured. We focus on ALTA/NSPS land title surveys for commercial properties, but we also handle boundary surveys, topographic surveys, easement recordings, and legal descriptions.
