Tom was the first to respond to my request for service with a warm, courteous, phone call. We talked, and during the phone call, I felt so relieved and assured that this is the company that I want to use. We set up time that was convenient for me, and Stan promptly showed to start diagnostics for repair. What we thought was the problem evolved into other issues, as one would expect. He explained everything, and diligently quoted repair and corrected the issues without hesitation. Obviously takes a lot of pride in his work, and very knowledgeable. Down to earth, very reasonably priced, Not At All like the Big Guys who price gouge, and try to sell you something you don't need. Family owned and started, I wasn't even worried. Everything up and running within a few hours, and then later the unit showed signs of yet another issue. Stan was called, and responded with a return visit, which was again, explained, then proceeded to correct and repair. This was late in the evening folks. This man worked a very long day, and still willing to come back. Thank you Stam, and TLS!! With so much competition here in Florida, I read reviews, and did some research first, but allowed Home Advisor to assist me in narrowing my search. Hands down, I Highly recommend them, and will not think twice about calling them in the future.

They did they job quickly, and also came out and did a follow up check to make sure there were no leaks!

Stan was, prompt, knew what he was doing, and I am dropping my other HVAC service company and switching to TLS. My other HVAC said it would be over 24 hours before someone could come look at Air Conditioner, and that was with my Gold Plan that was described to me as having priority. Lol. Stan was here in 45 minutes and called me on his way to my house and told he was sorry it was taking so long for him to get to my house due to getting stuck in school traffic. No complaints.

Stan called asked what the issue was and said if i wanted he would be at my house in 1 1/2 hours. He showed up as scheduled and did a quick check for what he thought was issue. It just needed a recharge . checked evaporator for clogging and air flow . after charge checked for leaks and found a slight leak that was not an emergency to repair and was barely leaking. Explained everything he was doing as well as suggestions on what i could do. Price was extremely reasonable. Would definitely recommend TLS air. And will be using them for all repairs.

Told us what they would do before installing the insulation, i.e.; clean the attic of old insulation, prepping the area around the ceiling fan, closing all openings from the previous ductwork. Explained what they were going to use and how it was going to be installed. Fiberglass vs. "paper product", more or less shredded newspaper. Arrived ON TIME! Began work promptly. Very professional in mannerisms, work ethics. Would hire them again, no problem. Recommend to other to use this company for their insulation needs. GREAT JOB GUYS!

Tom and his crew came out after I had to reschedule and were on time of when they said they'd be here. Very professional and personable which is a fine line that Tom walked with ease. Tom and his crew even provided me with some small energy saving tips. I have every intention of hiring TLS Energy Savers again next month to install a fan in the attic. I would highly recommend them to friends and family!! As you can tell, I was very pleased!

This company responded within a few hours of my search for new insulation. They came out the next day inspected my attic, explained my problem and how to resolve it. They returned on time to complete the job. They were extremely professional, they didn't make a mess, vacuumed after they were finished and completed the work in a little over an hour. Their price was very reasonable and I was very pleased with their work and would highly recommend this company.
