They showed up on time. They worked very hard to find the problem which should not have been that hard. A breaker was bad which should have been the first things they checked instead of crawling under the house and attic, pulling out switches and outlets. Then did not have the part and had to drive 30 minutes one way to buy the correct part. Finally the cost was way out of line to replace a $30 breaker. It was justified by $175 service call, and $170 trouble shooting charge and $30 parts. They put in a loy of time and effort which would have justified the charge but if they had checked the breakers the first thing especially when we had already told them there was no power at the wall switch. They are good guys just not great electricians.
