I can't praise this company enough! My husband and I purchased a 'do-it-yourself' countertop, which did not work out. I called this company and not only did they respond immediately, but they installed a new countertop for me the very next business day! The owner, Theresa, was very quick to respond with text messages and a phone call and very courteous. Mitchell, who installed the countertop was very kind and conscientious and did a fantastic job with the installation! Their prices were very reasonable as well. We will definitely call this company for future work.

I'll preface my comments by saying that they had a difficult set of counters to work with. The previous owners were apparently DIYers and there were mistakes that had to be dealt with! Theresa and her crew were consistently late in arriving and in communicating with us. They never provided the granite sample that was requested and promised three separate times. Fortunately, the granite was as nice as pictured. I am still trying to remove the smeared silicone from our new sink and there are spots of silicone on the hall new carpet that cannot be removed. There are several spots on the cabinets that are marred by dried silicone that should have been wiped off immediately (IMO). Theresa DID promise that they would repaint the cabinets for us if necessary! I am still waiting for our final receipt to be emailed to me. Theresa and her crew were very personable and pleasant to work with while on site. She did lose her temper and lash out at me as they were completing the work. This is a young, growing business and I hope that they will mature and improve with experience and time.

"Thank you for your review. I'm sorry for the inconveniences and differences. With weather we did not want to track water in and out and blow out on interstate the previous day and it broke your stone so we did have to buy more and recut. We were on the 10th business day. We did compensate with a discount. There were two spots on the cabinets where they did not wipe off silicone and was scared to put something on it without taking all the DIY paint from previous owners. We didn't have silicone anywhere near carpet. This is the first of hearing about that. Again I'm very sorry for the inconvenience and differences."

Mario & Charles did a great job with installing my new quartz counter tops, Theresa was available via phone and text anytime I had a question or comment, no matter what time of day. Great people to work with.

Great price, great quality work. Mario and his crew had to make some onsite adjustments because of issues with the cabinet base, but they did what was necessary to make it work. It looks great!

They did great work for a good price! The granite is beautiful and they were able to come within a week from when I first talked to them. Also theresa was so easy to communicate with. We did most of our corresponding through text which was great since I was handling most of this while at work.

We had to rebuild your cabinets as they were falling apart and very uneven. We also gave you extra material you did not pay for to make you happy so you could do your fireplace.
