They showed up on time, performed quality work and cleanup afterwords. We asked that they be careful around the gardens and they were. I would certainly use them again and would recommend them for handyman carpentry work.

We hired them to dig and repair a broken elbow under a yard hydrant. The ground was frozen so it was very difficult work. They arrived on time and worked REALLY hard! They fixed our problem and were very pleasant and professional. I highly recommend them.

Very difficult project. Camp home on Lake Sacandaga center floor sunk and rear corner of the home/footing sunk entire floor, beams, joists, new footings, and entire plumbing had to be replaced due to,frozen and damaged pipes from the severe winter. 2 other firms were not even interested in the project. From the minute Tim arrived he was polite, professional and very detailed in his analysis of the situation. He presented 2 or 3 approaches with different prices and submitted a very thorough written proposal,step by step plan, time estimate and total cost. I have owned 5 homes and currently own 2 and have had several projects done over the years and nobody compares to the quality, price and professionalism of Tim and his crew. Without asking he sent me periodic picture updates since my main home is an hour away. He responds immediately and explains everything completely. I would recommend him with complete confidence to anyone doing literally and kind home repairs. TM Home Improvement does it all. I never met him until the day he arrived to,do,the estimate and you will do the same thing. Very rare these days to find such a professional and honest person. 5*****

Tim and Drew arrived on time but without the materials for the job. Tim then left for about two hours to find the materials (three sections of fencing). When they were done I was left with a section of fencing that was not needed . Tim offered to cut it up and take it with him which would have been a waste of about $50.00. I also asked for a price on rescreening my porch and was told he would e mail me an estimate in a couple days. It has now bee about a week and a half and no estimate. They did good work but it took most of the day to replace two sections of fencing and after estimating the cost of the materials I think the labor was very over priced. I would not recommend them based on the fact that they came unprepared to do the job and I was left with and charged for parts that were not needed

Time and Drew arrived when they said they would, stayed overtime to finish a job. Both were friendly and easy to talk to. Worked quickly and efficiently. I was completely satisfied.

Tim and Drew were very professional. Tim had to reschedule the first visit and made sure to contact me right away to reschedule. Day of appointment he showed up on time and left my home in the same shape as when he arrived and the installation was perfect. I have more projects that will need to be done this spring and I will be calling Tim for sure. Thank you.

Had many jobs to be accomplished, all were done in a timely manner and excellently finished. Tim was very courteous and knowledgeable I will be using his services in the future.

Tim is very communicative and he also will work with you, when you don't know what you want. He is good with the planning stages and helping you figure out what you want. Tim is also good at checking in with you when things change and they always use really great materials. I use them all of the time for multiple projects throughout my house! They are really great!

He was very friendly. Did a nice job. He was here when he said he would be, didn't take any extra time off. He stayed here until he was finished.
