Very bad. Opened up the roof but not inside. Kept calling to say he was coming here to finish inside. Had to pay him 40,000 to put a new roof on the house as he said I wouldn t be able to hire another roofer so soon and we were going to get a lot of rain. He has you sign on his phone and the signature disappears. He s a crook. Doesn t even have a truck or van. He uses a beat up car. It looks like a clown car when help piled out of his car. Not reliable. Neighbors warned me to be careful. Never want him here again. I lost a lot of money. $55,000 total.

The customer is not willing to resolve the issue , due to the fact that she wants something done that was not in the contract . We are willing to submit photos of all finished work .

TMI Construction is a small family business. I hired the company too replace and install new shingles on my home. The contractor went over the estimate with me in detail answering all of my questions. The owner and his crew do superior work and the project was completed on time and to budget. The contractor attends to every detail of the project and was very communicative with me along the process. His crew is polite, arrived on time, and cleaned up after the project. I have worked with a lot of contractors, and TMI Construction has been the best. I highly recommend this company for any services.

I would give them 10 stars. They did an excellent job in very difficult conditions. This. Was a big fence. Replacement and they showed up on time and very hard. Our fence is great now. They were all such hard workers and very friendly to us. Any time they need a reference I will give one. Thanks. So much.
