Landscape Minor Grading or Resloping Service
I had 20 loads of dirt delivered and hired them grade my yard and dig a ditch for draining. I wanted to be able to mow the ditch with my lawn mower. The sides are to steep and my lawn mower gets stuck. This is why I am not happy with the work they did.

"We are very sorry you are not happy Robert. But the depth you asked us to dig the ditch is the depth we dug. (2ft) the ditch went in between trees so we put the most slop we could on it without removing the trees. We asked if you were happy with the slope of the ditch when we started it and you said yes you were. We are sorry you have now changed your mind now that the project is complete."

I had a difficult time finding somebody to do forestry mulching for me. I had a few bids one, higher, most lower. This was the only professional company willing to come out on such short notice, do the work, and keep their word. These guys were very polite and respectful. They did a great job and I am very pleased.

TM property solutions were very professional with there quote and services. Highly recommend!! They came to my house with some of the newest technology to inspect and give me a accurate estimate on grading and resloping my back yard. Now I have a dry and level backyard.
