T-Mark Roofing is amazing I would highly recommend them for their integrity, quality of workmanship and very competitive price. My 1890 home has a very complicated difficult roof with a steep slope nearly 40 feet above the ground. Many roofers would simply drive away when I called for an estimate. Others would try to convince me to use shingles instead of metal. I had extensive damage from hurricanes Charley, Francis and Jeanne in 2004. Access to my home was not easy as a privacy fence; large trees and bamboo surround it. I also have fishponds. It was a great relief to me to find a roofer who was up to the challenge. Their attention to detail was outstanding; the skilled craftsmen Jim, Stu and Ty were always respectful of my landscaping taking care not to damage anything or leave any debris. I have had many people stop by and compliment me on my beautiful new marine green roof. The color was a major concern for me it had to be my favorite color! I wanted my roof to last a long time resisting hurricanes; I was determined to have a metal roof. I have noticed it is easy to maintain a comfortable temperature. I can once again take pride in my home after the devastation of the hurricanes. T-Mark is very professional, I am confident they can complete any roof no matter how difficult.

They had a few difficulties and tried to cheap out on the ridge vent but over all I am satisfied. The metal roof looks great.

They were very Professional, On-time and Courteous. They did everything they said they would. Fixed bad areas on my existing roof without a bunch of additions. After the job was done, the area around the house was cleaned up. Their price was very competitive and they shipped products in so I could pick the exact color and texture. The neighbors have commented on the roof and are very impressed with the end product.
