had work done on house, would not pass inspections, not safe structure, had to be removed and hired new contractor

Tracy and crew were terrific. They arrived on time on the scheduled start date and completed our project in two days as promised. We had one additional request for our project and that was completed within a week as soon as Tracy was able to get the product. Our project included putting a ceiling above our patio and beneath the upstairs deck. We are completely satisfied with the workmanship and now are enjoying the dry patio area in rain and shine. All work once started was completed and all aspects were done to our satisfaction. We made several changes as we went along and Tracy was very accommodating and took care of everything. Tracy and his crew revamped our walkway and extended our front stairs. What a beautiful job he/they did. The finished project is now the focal point as you see our home. Tracy went the extra mile on several aspects of the project and even added a couple of small things after the initial bid without increasing the price. He also got in and got things done weeks sooner than he promised. We not only had our driveway done, but we also had our sewer line replaced and added a stamped concrete patio in the back.
