The team from T Mix did an outstanding job. The work was quick (2 half days to complete), thorough and much more detailed than expected. The crew did a better clean up than anything I would have forecast (they even swept up the areas around the job site, left it cleaner than when they arrived). They were even flexible in dealing with more dry rot in the sheathing than expected. All in all I'd recommend T Mix for anyone looking for quick, quality, affordable roofing projects. 1 season after having it complete, I'm still very satisfied. Gutter re-hang wasn't quite 5-star standards, one of them needs to be rehung, it's angled wrong.

T-Mix has been my best sub contractor so far. The have done a wonderful job and their crew was very very nice. THeir bid was far below the others that bid. I highly recommend T-Mix for your roofing needs.

Completed the project almost on time (July 4th holiday) and we were very pleased with the results. We were 3000 miles away and had very little difficulty communcating with Todd and his company. We would certainly hire him again!! Thank you for the referral!

The job was done as bid with the exception of an underestimation of some rot damage which resulted in a price increase of 50%. He did call and leave a message advising me of this. The workers were very good, prompt, and cleaned up after themselves as a priority. I would certainly have them again for other properties and can recommend highly.

Todd's bid was very competitive. he was very flexible about when he could start. His crew showed up on time and worked very and got the job done. They left late on the last day and did not clean up thoroughly. when I reported this to Todd, the crew was back the day to finish the clean-up. It has not rained since the roof went up so I don't know about the quality but it looks good to me.

Mr Mix made good on the antenae that his workers broke. The cleanup was okay, I am still finding small pieces of roofing material around.I feel the cleanup part could have been better. The roof looks good and that part of the job was great! The downspouts was the best part, they look great and I am happy with the job they did.

The crew was extremely fast, courteous, and very thorough. They had to tear off five old roofs and yet they cleaned up so well that they left no trace they had ever been there. All of my shrubs and flowers were unscathed. They had to do a lot of dry rot repairs on my 95 year old home and when they finished it was as sound as new. I marked them down on communication because some additional items I asked to be added to the original bid were initially neglected by the crew because their work order didn't include the revisions I had discussed with their boss. Once I talked with them they promptly took care of those omissions. I recommend T. Mix Home Detailing very strongly. And so do all of my neighbors who said they were amazed at how well my flower beds were protected and how such a big job could be completed in so little time.

This was a large and difficult roof job but they managed to stay within the budget and did an excellent job.
