Tile: Ceramic and Porcelain Installation
I had to contact them to make sure they were still coming to do the work as scheduled for that day because i had not heard from them to confirm. They postponed the job for reason they were still at a prior job. After settling on a new date they did the work. The craftsmanship was sub par and was not the professional as i would expect. Tile is uneven and the grout is very spares with gaps between. I supplied the tile and the grout which was adequate to complete the job with grout and tile to spare. Noticing the gaps i asked where the leftover grout was and the response was they used all of it. So i am going to have to purchase another box to fill in the gaps. No response from them. Poor communication and craftsmanship. would not recommend.
