The workers did not caulk in two places, so I had a handyman do it. The owner Will did not keep an appointment to reseal a portion of my quartz countertop and address all the scratches in my new stainless steel sink. Not happy with lack of customer service after installation.

CT Hardrock and Marble did a full quartz counter and backsplash installation for us and did a tremendous job - we couldn't be more pleased. The entire process - choosing the stone, pricing, measuring, installation - was excellent from start to finish. The end result is beautiful and literally flawless.

CT Hardrock Marble & Granite made our kitchen renovation so easy. We visited several places that were surprisingly unhelpful once they realized it wasn't a full remodel with a general contractor involved — just a new counter and backsplash. Liz, who took our order and patiently answered all our questions, was responsive and a pleasure to work with, as was Bill, the owner. The pricing was fair and transparent; we never felt nickel-and-dimed the way we did at other places that quoted us. On top of that, Bill and his wife Selena did the backsplash installation themselves and did an incredible job (try finding someone who does quality tile work these days!). As an added bonus, they were genuinely great to have around during the project. Most importantly, the finished result is absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend CT Hardrock Marble & Granite!

Nikki did a great job working with me to get just the right slab. Bill proved things fairly. They were on time and followed up with the punch it I had. Unfortunately, my new sink was scratched during installation and they came back out to try to buff it out but only made it worse. I contacted them about it but never heard back from them yet. Prior to that, I would say they were 4.5 to 5 stars.

Their sales representative has a poor memory and I had to repeatedly call and visit to ensure that things were done properly. They damaged the window sill and I have to fix it myself.
