They were very prompt in initial response... I hired Latavius to remove paint from three antique interior doors and four shutter doors. After several months and attempts to get the last two remaining doors I still do not have. He committed that he would be here today (6/26/2020) at 11:00. He never showed. I do not have a door on my bathroom or bedroom. The house is very old and to get the same quality door I will now have to pay a carpenter to create something custom which will cast me several hundred dollars. Not to mention that I trusted him and had given him an advance. Do not TRUST this man or company by giving any money until work is completed.
