Overall a bad experience. The job was left messy, not level, not installed properly, took way longer than it should have. The job scope was reduced to accommodate them. The majority of our deposit was supposed to be refunded. Oops, they claimed they flipped the numbers. They will not refund what was agreed upon nor fix what they did wrong. No response to emails, text or instant messages. DO NOT USE. Poor quality of work, communication, and knowledge.

I hired them to caulk and seal the outside of my home. The home was purchased as REO. They found water damage and the price to repair has unforeseen consequences which is why I did pull half a star on money. No one can plan for all issues. I think the rate is good and they have great work quality and ethic from what I can tell. I will use them for other work I need completed and have a hard time getting done. I still have a day job and I do a lot of work myself so I understand the costs. I highly recommend them Good cost rate and like I said work ethic and quality is top.

Ethan and Tom showed up late. Ethan dumped all of his tools on top of my cherry dining room table. After 4 hours of work over two days, they accomplished nothing but left holes in my walls, scratches in my dining room table. Actually, it was Ethan who was lazy and just wanted to be the boss. Tom did as well as he could though he was obviously not experienced and even treated time poorly. When they came back the second day to repair and fix the damage they had done, Ethan just argue and then stormed out. I received my money back from Steve but the projects which were essentially just hanging pictures we're never done. The damage that was done was never repaired. I was told over the phone by Steve we had decided to terminate our relationship with you, which apparently his boss instructed him to say. The last I heard, Ethan refused to come back and Tom quit the next day. I have yet to have found a decent handyman on Home Advisor.

"FROM the Owner We have taken every effort to rectify the situation with this and every customer We even went as far as to reach out to Home Advisor to contact both us and the customer. The customer above asked to have pictures hung. which was accomplished to her satisfaction. Upon returning she asked to have them moved elsewhere. That time she had a friend with her. Our team tried to comply with her wishes which were at this point unclear and erratic. The customer became agitated and even her friend seemed at a loss. No one stormed out of the house.. The Customer tried insisting on paying which we refused because sometimes it is better just to let the customer go. No damage was caused to the house as it was the customer's directions to move the pictures. Ethan was never instructed to go back so he did not refuse and Tom did not quit the next day, the good news is he moved to Wisconsin and is now engaged to be married. The last sentence in the review above says it all, please consider it when you consider her rating Some people CAN NOT be made Happy."

Steve and his crew were professional they did the work exactly as agreed-upon and did so in a timely manner. Price was fair the work was good and I appreciate their quality. Would highly recommend these guys!

THEY DID A GOOD REPAIR JOB,HOWEVER I WAS SURPRISED THAT ONE PART OF THE PAIR WAS OMITTED BY THE CONTRACTOR THAT I THOUGHT THEY WOULD HAVE INCLUDED DURING THE REPAIR.IT CAUSED ME NOT TO BE ABLE TO UTILIZE THE REPAIRED PROJECT & THIS WAS AFTER I HAD PAID IN FULL FOR THE REPAIR.I WAS NOT IN A POSITION TO WAIT OVER 2 DAYS FOR THEM TO RETURN,SO I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR WHO CAME IMMEDIATELY TO ADDRESS & COMPLETE THE ISSUE

I thought he did a great job... expensive but I guess that was what the jobs were worth. Spent most of today putting the baseboard back up against the wall that they replaced, because I cannot find a handyman to come out to my house. And TNT is not returning my texts either... it is good there is a lot of work out there but I could still use some help.

The repair men need to wear plastic coverings on their shoes/boots. They were too muddy & had gotten carpeting very dirty.

Scope altered without customer consent, 3 day project turned into a 3 week project, poor communication, quality of work adverage at best, clean up poor, seemed to only want to work at times when they had no other work to do, used subcontracror with average skills I would not hire them again and would not recommend them. I shared my frustration to no a ail. Finally I was very disappointed in Home Advisor veting of this contractor. In my opinion they should be dropped.

Prompt, friendly and reasonably priced. Performed the installation as requested, however, the door hardware didn't come with a 2nd handle for the inside (bifold door on a bathroom,) so none was installed and I'll have to do that work myself. Also, left a mess from the install, I was told after writing the check it'd be $5 for haul away. I'd happily have paid that and paid for the 2nd handle if either issue had been communicated to me in advance.

The Project manager Steve did a great job at reasonable rate. He also did couple of extra things that were not originally agreed upon very clearly. When he came I was not at home, so he very professionally left me a note , and then at the end when I got the note and called him , he was still available to do the work same day. Quite satisfied with the work.
