Some of the things I value when looking for a contractor. A. Provide me with an accurate written quote with details as to the work being done B. When they say they are going to start the job, they do and it is completed in a timely manner C. I want to be able to communicate by e-mail and cell phone to keep on top of changes D. Someone that can look at the big picture of what you are trying to get done and make suggestions. James from TNT did everything right, was professional and made a few improvements which I was never charged for. I picked his company off the internet along with several others. He was the first to respond. Great job
