TNT Diversified LLC of Chelsea was hired to dig 2 ponds, #1 was to be approximately .2 acre in size, #2 one full acre pond as in estimate. we applied for permits but learned in Michigan all contractors are supposed to pull permits for work they are doing. If ask by a contractor to pull, it could be they?re unlicensed/uninsured. Red Flag! Our application on the 1 acre pond was denied by EAGLE because of wet land laws. When informing TNT we were unable to get a permit we asked for a quote for just the small pond. We never got one. Troy finally showed up, far from the 3-4 weeks we were told & dug out the small pond & never kept us updated. After threatening, legal action, we finally got a response.(letter below) he can?t keep his sizes straight on what is being done on pond #1, is it .2 acre, or 100x140 5? deep, or a scrap 3?-4? deep?
27+ years in business explains why there?re very few reviews for this company & we regretfully see why.
