Mr. Harris installed a new hardwood floor in the master bedroom, refinished the existing hardwood flooring in my downstairs (3 large rooms plus a hallway and closet), and installed new carpeting on my stairs. It was a truly professional job from start to finish. I received a detailed, written quote for the work and a detailed explanation of the scheduling and time frame needed. Mr. Harris and his team did a superb job! They matched the new bedroom flooring to my existing floor (same width and exact same stain color and texture) so that the flooring throughout the downstairs is identical. They refinished the remainder of the downstairs hardwood flooring, and my 20-year-old floors look brand new! Such a beautiful job! Special thanks to Ivan, who does truly exceptional work! Everything was done quickly and completely, and the whole team was courteous and professional. I also had my stairs re-carpeted, and they look wonderful - an exact color match to the rest of the carpet. Roberto did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend TNT Flooring. I had my kitchen floor refinished. I was expecting it to be an extremely dusty job because of the sanding. While there was some, it wasn't nearly as bad as I expected. They had a wonderful machine that sucked most of it away and out the window. Great job!

Floors are so much more than I expected! Workmen were artists at scraping the floors to give the distressed look I wanted. There was no wasted time or mess left in my home or yard. My daughter and son in law built a very expensive home and I think their wood flooring is not as beautiful as mine! Am totally pleased!

Absolutely the best experience in remodeling

I hired this company for a large and expensive whole-house job installing new hardwoods and refinishing the existing ones to match. The price seemed within a range of what I would expect. The flooring installers did a very high quality job of cutting and laying the boards, including stairs. The wood sourcing seems to be excellent as well. So, as for the wood floors themselves, they look beautiful. The refinishing was not as good, but pretty good; It must be hard to get a dark stain out of all corners and edges of a 10-year-old floor. Baseboards were supposed to be "touched up" and - in the case of any broken ones - replaced. However, the painter was not good at all. He missed a lot of areas which needed paint, and in other areas got the tan-colored trim paint all over the white walls. I don't know if I can even match the wall paint when I get around to addressing this. I asked for a certain color of caulk and it was done as asked... at first. But apparently he went back over it several days later, in the *wrong* color (Again, this was the painter), before I noticed it and had paid the final bill. After payment, the owner had said to call him if I had any issues or questions. So I called him two weeks ago about the caulk color - which he acknowledged he had already noticed was wrong, himself - and a few other things. He said he would call me "next week." That was 15 days ago but no call. Some trim pieces were put back on nicked and are fairly unattractive. But one piece was completely broken off on one end. - It was put back on anyway, and then putty or caulk was sloppily put into the area where trim is missing/broken off. This is semi-fancy, large trim molding, not just the flat kind. It looks appalling now. There are some nails/staples sticking up from the floor, which I found by walking in socks. It looks like I will have to decide on my own what to do about these. The large job of breaking up tile in one area created a lot of dust throughout the house, for which I wasn't completely prepared. Drop cloths were placed over openings and cabinets, but did not do the job sufficiently. Some of this must be unavoidable, but the cloths are the thinnest mil, they get a few holes in them, and they are not very carefully placed around the areas covered. This means that you are left with dust covering virtually every inch of the house and this probably includes the ceiling. Cleaners came in to try to address this, but in 3 days did not even try to wipe off all of the areas affected. The dust from the tile and from the sanding, is everywhere still. Even the inside of the refrigerator - which had been covered with a drop cloth - had to be wiped down from all the dust that got around the drop cloth, and I'm still finding dust on surfaces, constantly. It's pervasive. - I've accepted that, but it's something to know if you ever have floors sanded or busted up. The drop cloths used, barely stopped the dust. The workers treated my ho

Todd came in and performed the work as discussed. He went beyond what was expected. The floor looks fantastic. We had a section of carpet that we had them remove and integrated hardwood flooring in to our existing floor. Todd knows his stuff when it comes to hardwood floors.

Todd was a salesman. He sold us carpet that was "exactly the same" as a competitor, but turned out to be slightly inferior. He put in some new hardwood floor "exactly the same" as our existing floor, but turned out to be some sort of composite wood rather than solid hardwood. He gave us a quote and then tore up the floor only to find a problem and "needed" to charge an additional 10%. Some of the damage that was to be repaired was just ignored. When I asked about it after, I was told it would have been too costly. I would have preferred to decide that for myself rather than be disappointed with the finished product. Left all trash on site!

they did not carry off the trash, said would fix a hole but didn't, said he would do the closest's but didn't, said would provide a pod to put my furniture & clothes in but didn't, they put everything in my dirty garage & the lawn, (this is why I didn't say anything to him about the closest's), he took off with a towel. they didn't use the correct tools to tear out the old floor so they left several saw groves in the sub floor, they broke my dishwasher. He did send a repair man to fix the dishwasher but it didn't get fixed.

Very professional, on time and responsive in returning calls and answering concerns. One minor issue with a small area was addressed the next day and seems to have been successfully resolved. Pricing seemed far compared to other estimates I received...was not the lowest, but I selected Buff and Coat because he was much more responsive than the lower priced option.

Very professional. On time for sales appt and for the actual work. Called ahead and confirmed the times. Crew got in and got the work done ahead of schedule. Todd even helped me move a very heavy desk both out of the room and back in! He was a little higher than the other guys, but I appreciated his professionalism so much I felt it was worth paying for.
