TNT Home Services

Honest

Fast and efficient. Rebecca determined that we did not have problems. No charge for the inspection which included the area we thought we were having difficulties and the attic.

Outstanding experience... Rebecca contacted me right away and scheduled a same day service to conduct the assessment. Once she identified that the test will not be beneficial to my situation, she did not convince or pressure me to proceed. She provided a free estimate and very honest to her customers!

Rebecca was very professional, helpful, and friendly. When we needed to address some mold, she provided a referral that we used and was very happy with. Highly recommend her!

Rebecca was helpful and called us to explain the details. She also explained the next steps and offer to answer any question we have.

Rebecca was amazing! She initiated contact within an hour of me posting the job. She made an appointment for the next day which was perfect! The inspection was very thorough which came with pictures. i highly recommend her and TNT home services and will be using them with any future needs!

Personalized service. TNT was quick to respond and honest In their evaluation. Very helpful.

Ed and Rebecca Thomas were an absolute pleasure to work with. They both were very knowledgeable and understanding to the situation. My family and I were out of our house for close to five months living in a hotel over the holidays and paying for everything out of pocket. This company was more than willing to work with me on paying for the multiple tests as well as providing their expert opinions and advice. They were for the most part waiting on me to show up for the appointments and were very flexible. Testing results came in pretty quickly. I would put this company above all big name corporate companies out there. I have never had a company owner show up to my door and be as professional and friendly as this couple. This is customer service at its BEST!!! I would recommend no other company.

Rebecca runs the company solo now and is in over her head. Not really a company but a service and while she is very nice I have discovered her knowledge and remediation protocols outdated. I hired TNT to inspect my home for mold and conduct testing and then follow up with recommendations to re mediate. She conducted the air testing outside of proper protocol resulting in errant numbers. Her recommendations for remediation were old school at best, especially with regard to crawlspace. Information I gleaned from the testing report was useless and considered errant by another two companies I was forced to hire to get true and accurate results. The price she charges is fair across the field, however, it was money down the drain for me. It is necessary to have an expert in industrial hygiene or environmental science to tackle a mold issue that is not obvious to the naked eye and she does not have that expertise. Do not recommend.

Ed and Rebecca are knowledgeable and professional. My project was extensive, requiring the removal of a workbench, air conditioner, wall covering and insulation across 4 stud bays, replacement of the studs under the air conditioner as well as some electrical work. Ed and Rebecca coordinated all contractors involved and ensured the job was completed to my satisfaction.

This couple was so nice , on time and received results fast! Highly recommended.

Ed and Rebecca are very knowledgeable and personable. They did a free inspection, which turned out negative for mold, and didn’t try to offer anything we didn’t need. What they did offer was professional advice to improve the quality of air in our home and moisture issues originating from our crawl space and poor drainage in our backyard. They were able to do most of the work themselves, and brought in a contractor for what they were unable to do. Everything was done at a reasonable rate, along with a small plumbing repair they insisted on adding in for no extra charge. They were great to work with, and flexible enough to work around our schedule.

Husband and wife team, very accommodating, thorough, and did a great job!

Ed and his wife, Rebecca, were so nice and very helpful. Ed has always been available to answer any questions I've had since getting our air quality test back. Very responsive, and always happy to help. Highly recommend.

They were very nice and professional. Also Knowledgeable. They were here on time and called before came. Answered all my questions.

Very informative and honest. Super experience would recommend them to closest friends and family.

Very helpful, honest highly recommend.

Both Ed and Rebecca are very knowledgeable and are in the business to help people with air quality problems. We are satisfied that we made a wise decision for them to perform the testing of our house for any airborne contamination. We will highly recommend TNT to our family and friends in the future.

Great People, Great Work, and a Great Experience. Would recommend them any day. Very helpful, and true to their work.

I cannot explain the quality of service Ed put forth. He was right on time, knowledgeable, truthful, and extremely helpful. He was able to explain the process in detail. He explained the importance of the test. He gave me ideas and suggestions for other services. He is awesome! He really made me feel like he understood what I was going through with the damage from hurricane matthew. Man! Finally someone/ a business in my corner!

The owner is very knowledgeable and super helpful in offering suggestions to help on several issues. He not only took care of the problem I had in my attic, but he gave me a lot of good advice about mold issues. He is just super helpful!

Extremely customer focused. Very professional and knowledgeable. Thoroughly organized approach to job. Outlined findings, proposed solutions and educated consumer to mold control measures.
