They came and looked at what I needed done. Someone else called with an estimate. They were not prompt in getting to the job. The men who came and did the work were friendly and courteous but did not have direction to do everything that had been discussed and supposedly estimated. Then when the bill came it was for way more than had been estimated. I would not hire them again nor recommend them.

I made contact with them at the Traverse City Expo in April 2017 for tree-cutting estimate but I found out that they do other services. When I surveyed the deck, it needed a cleaning. They came out and measured the decking, within three days they gave me a quote. They schedule my project, but they did not informed me, What day they were coming? The personnel did a great job of cleaning my deck. Their billing system could be better! I waited two weeks for their invoice to arrive at my home when it should have been in my hands within three days of completing my project. I would definitely use this company again for any future projects. They were prompt in their quotations, scheduling and workmanship.

Once I contacted them by phone, everything was GREAT. Web contact not so efficient.
